As a Vice President with the strategic communications practice at SIGNAL, Mark pilots a large number of key PR solutions for our award winning international clients. With a specialization in public diplomacy, crisis communications, and foreign policy, clients turn to Mark for his geopolitical insight and ability to deliver results through innovative public affairs campaigns.
Before joining SIGNAL, Mark served as the account manager for the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in his role as Senior Account Executive at MSLGROUP. He leveraged his expertise to provide strategic counsel, manage media relations, and develop public diplomacy strategies to support numerous sovereign governments and international clients.
As a political advisor in the British House of Lords to Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, now the Prime Minister’s U.K. Trade Envoy to Iraq, Mark managed business development and financial initiatives with transnational clients to facilitate trade and large scale investment into Iraq. In 2008, Mark provided strategic counsel to Irish Senator James Carroll as the senator’s Senior Advisor. In 2008, Mark helped manage the Irish-American Presidential Forum for Senator John McCain (R-AZ).
A dedicated runner and marathoner, Mark’s been outrunning his competition since graduating with a BA in History and Politics and a Masters in Business Management from University College Dublin. Ever the high achiever, he also holds a Masters in Political Management from The George Washington University.
