A native of Upstate New York and graduate of St. Lawrence University, Will migrated to Washington from the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. He’s passionate about effective communication and crafting compelling narratives for his clients.
Prior to joining SIGNAL, Will worked for the House of Representatives Committee on House Administration, where he focused on federal elections and voter registration policy. He developed his research skills at the State Department’s Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, and performed constituent outreach in the office of Congressman Paul Tonko (D-NY).
At St. Lawrence, Will was president of the rugby club, wrote for the school paper, and contributed to a biography of Robert Parris Moses, a leader of the civil rights movement.
Will is an avid Red Wings fan, and enjoys lacing up his old skates whenever he gets the chance.
